Winter Beet Salad!

Beetroots, often known as beets, are a colourful and adaptable vegetable. Their earthy flavour and scent are well-known. Beets are high in important vitamins, minerals, and plant compounds, many of which have therapeutic benefits, in addition to adding a splash of colour to your meal. Beets are high in folate, a nutrient that is important for growth, development, and heart health. They’re also high in magnesium, which helps with bone growth, nutrient metabolism, and brain activity, among other things. They’re also high in copper, which is needed for energy production and the creation of some neurotransmitters.

So we gonna use all nutritious benefits of this valuable vegetable in a Salad. lets see the recipes.

Ingredients: 

  • 1/4 Green cabbage
  • 1/4 Red cabbage
  • 1 Beet
  • 1/2 Red onion
  • 1 Teaspoon Sumac
  • 1/4 Cup sunflower seed or Pumpkin seed
  • 1/4 Cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 Cup sour cheery vinegar
  • Salt and Paper

Recipe:

Simply slice the vegetables and add the dressing, then enjoy your nutritious and healthful salad. As you can see, we dice our vegetables quickly and easily with the Saladmaster Machine’s various cones!!! It’s incredible.
