Diet Plate!

Hello to all our friends and clients at Green Remedy!
If you follow our stories, you know that we have provided a diet for you to lose weight after the holidays. One of the most attractive foods that you can use during your diet is a diet plate, watch this video to learn how to prepare it. You can also watch the videos on our @GreenRemedy4U Instagram page.


  • 5 Shrimps
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Sweet potato
  • 1 cup Kidney Bean
  • lettuce
  • Red cabbage


1-Cook the beans in boiled water

2-Steam the shrimps, egg, and sweet potato

3-Chop lettuce and red cabbage

4-Simply design your plate with the materials and enjoy your meal.

As you see on the video, we use 3 quart skillet with basket which make it easy and fast for us.
