Cauliflower Taco!

Hello to all our friends and clients at Green Remedy!
In many regions of the world, tacos are a popular food. Traditional tacos were made with corn tortillas folded around various fillings and eaten by hand, as the word “taco” is derived from the Mexican Spanish word for “plug” or “wad of cloth.” People today eat them in a variety of ways, depending on where they live. Flour tortillas are preferred by some, whereas hard shell taco or lettuce leaves are preferred by others. Now, we are sharing delicious and healthy cauliflower taco recipe for you. Ingredients: 

  • Cauliflower
  • Black and red pepper
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Ground cumin
  • sea salt
  • Avocado
  • Fresh parsley

Recipe:

1-Preheat Saladmaster small skillet. Once the skillet is hot, add and fry the onion and garlic.

2-While the onion/garlic are frying, stir together the spice mix in a small bowl and chop cauliflower in bite sized florets.

3-Spindle the spice mix overtop the cauliflower and gently toss again to coat each floret evenly with the spices.

4-Spread the spiced cauliflower onto small skillet along with garlic/onion sheet and let it fry and cooked for 5 minutes. Then add the red and green peppers and let them cook for another 3 minutes.

5-While the cauliflower is cooking, prepare all of your desired taco fillings and dressing.

6-Once cauliflower is done simply the fill your tortilla, add a squeeze of fresh lime and then drizzle  Cilantro Lime Crema overtop!
