Valentine’s Day Cake!

Hello to all our friends and clients at Green Remedy!
Once again, Happy Valentine’s Day!! We hope you had a great and exciting day with your loved ones. As different as it was this year, it still was a great opportunity to express our love to the people that matter the most to us. To celebrate, we are sharing two delicious and healthy cake recipes for this special day. You can watch the videos on our GreenRemedy4U Instagram page.

1. Heart-shaped Lovers’ Cake

This is a great recipe for those who love spending the night with that special loved one indulging their sweet tooth. It’s worth noting that apart from its beautiful shape, this cake, prepared in Saladmaster cookware, is made without a single drop of oil.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of chocolate powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 slice of pineapple
  • 2 bananas
  • flour
  • baking powder

Recipe:

First we mix the flour, baking powder and chocolate powder in a bowl.

Next we add 1-3 eggs to our mixture, depending on the size of the cake.

Then we grate the bananas and the pineapple slice with the cutting cone (#1) and add it to the mix. Next we beat the mixture until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Once done, place the pot on the oven and set the heat level between medium and low. Wait five minutes until it is well heated.

Next, do the water test, and without adding oil, pour the mixture into the pot and cover it.

Adjust the heat to low and after 20 minutes, remove the lid and check the cake with a toothpick.

If ready, remove it from the pot and decorate it as per our video.

2. Valentine’s Day Cake (round)

Our second recipe is more appropriate for those who wish to spend Valentine’s Day with family in a more relaxed setting. As the previous cake, this one is made in Saladmaster and requires 0 oil.

Recipe:

Next we add 1-3 eggs to our mixture, depending on the size of the cake.

Grate the carrot, apple and cabbage with cutting cone (#1) and add it to the mix. Beat well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Once done, place the pot on the oven and set the heat level between medium and low. Wait five minutes until it is well heated.
